What Banyan Tree does

Banyan Tree Holdings Limited (Banyan Tree or the Group) was incorporated in Singapore on 11 April 2000.

Headquartered in Singapore, Banyan Tree is a leading international operator and developer of premium resorts, hotels, residences and spas, with 47 hotels and resorts, 63 spas, 75 retail galleries, and three golf courses in 23 countries.

The Group's primary business is centered on four brands: the award-winning Banyan Tree and Angsana, and the more recently established Cassia and Dhawa. Banyan Tree also operates the premier integrated resort in Thailand - Laguna Phuket - through the Group's subsidiary, Laguna Resorts & Hotels Public Company Limited. Two other integrated resorts - Laguna Bintan in Indonesia and Laguna L?ng C? in Central Vietnam - complete the status of the Group as a major operator of integrated resorts in Asia.

As a leading operator of spas in Asia, Banyan Tree's spas are one of the key features in its resorts and hotels. Its retail arm Banyan Tree Gallery complements and reinforces the branding of the resort, hotel and spa operations.

About Banyan Tree annual reports

Where can I download Banyan Tree (B58) annual reports?

Every year in the table above links straight to the PDF filed with the Singapore Exchange (SGX). 12 annual reports are indexed, covering 2014 to 2025.

Do Singapore listed companies publish quarterly reports?

Mostly not. SGX removed mandatory quarterly reporting in 2020 in favour of a risk-based regime — only issuers meeting certain criteria still have to file quarterly. Most companies therefore publish just a half-year report and an annual report. The small number of quarterly filings indexed here reflects the rules, not missing data.

What is a sustainability report?

Since 2016 SGX has required listed issuers to publish a sustainability report covering environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. It is a separate document from the annual report; both are indexed here.

What is the difference between the Mainboard and Catalist?

Catalist has lower entry requirements and targets smaller, growing companies, supervised through a sponsor regime; the Mainboard sets higher profit and market-capitalisation thresholds. Reporting obligations are broadly similar.
