What Advanced does
Incorporated in 1993 and listed on the Singapore Exchange since 2004, Advanced
Holdings Ltd. (“Advanced”) is an agri-commodity company driving growth across
Southeast Asia’s food and renewable energy value chains. The Company was first listed
on SGX SESDAQ, transferred to the Mainboard in 2007, and moved to the Catalist Board
in 2021.
Since 2019, Advanced has pivoted into the agricultural sector, with its cornerstone
operation being a corn processing facility in Sulawesi, Indonesia, producing animal feed
for the fast-growing Indonesian and regional markets. Building on this foundation, the
Group is actively pursuing upstream and downstream opportunities to create a more
integrated and diversified agri-commodity platform.
Leveraging its engineering expertise honed over decades in the Oil & Gas and
Petrochemicals industries, Advanced applies proven technical capabilities to enhance
e?iciency, sustainability, and scalability in its agricultural ventures. This blend of
engineering heritage and agri-innovation positions the Group to capture long-term
opportunities driven by rising demand for food security and renewable energy solutions
in Asia.

About Advanced annual reports
Where can I download Advanced (BLZ) annual reports?
Every year in the table above links straight to the PDF filed with the Singapore Exchange (SGX). 11 annual reports are indexed, covering 2015 to 2025.
Do Singapore listed companies publish quarterly reports?
Mostly not. SGX removed mandatory quarterly reporting in 2020 in favour of a risk-based regime — only issuers meeting certain criteria still have to file quarterly. Most companies therefore publish just a half-year report and an annual report. The small number of quarterly filings indexed here reflects the rules, not missing data.
What is a sustainability report?
Since 2016 SGX has required listed issuers to publish a sustainability report covering environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. It is a separate document from the annual report; both are indexed here.
What is the difference between the Mainboard and Catalist?
Catalist has lower entry requirements and targets smaller, growing companies, supervised through a sponsor regime; the Mainboard sets higher profit and market-capitalisation thresholds. Reporting obligations are broadly similar.
