What CSC does

The origins of the CSC group can be traced back to 1975 when Ching Soon

Engineering was founded to undertake excavation works as well as H-section

steel piling works. In 1979, it diversified into reinforced concrete piling

works and other general civil engineering works. CSC Holdings Limited was

incorporated in 1997 as an investment holding company for the Group, and was

subsequently listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange on 13 April

1998.

The CSC Group is a foundation and geotechnical group in the construction

industry in Singapore. The Group is also partners to many building and civil

engineering contractors in precast construction products and steel fabrication

(including welded steel fabric ). Sale and leasing of foundation engineering

equipment is another new business which the Group has expanded into regional

markets.

About CSC annual reports

Where can I download CSC (C06) annual reports?

Every year in the table above links straight to the PDF filed with the Singapore Exchange (SGX). 12 annual reports are indexed, covering 2015 to 2026.

Do Singapore listed companies publish quarterly reports?

Mostly not. SGX removed mandatory quarterly reporting in 2020 in favour of a risk-based regime — only issuers meeting certain criteria still have to file quarterly. Most companies therefore publish just a half-year report and an annual report. The small number of quarterly filings indexed here reflects the rules, not missing data.

What is a sustainability report?

Since 2016 SGX has required listed issuers to publish a sustainability report covering environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. It is a separate document from the annual report; both are indexed here.

What is the difference between the Mainboard and Catalist?

Catalist has lower entry requirements and targets smaller, growing companies, supervised through a sponsor regime; the Mainboard sets higher profit and market-capitalisation thresholds. Reporting obligations are broadly similar.
