What Creative does

The Company, founded in 1981 by Sim Wong Hoo, was incorporated as a private

limited company on 18 July 1983 to design, manufacture and distribute PC

products.

In 1984, Creative launched the Cubic 99, Singapore's first locally-designed and

produced PC. In 1986, it introduced the Cubic CT, a multilingual multimedia PC

with voice and music multimedia functions.

In 1989, it launched the Sound Blaster, making it the world's best selling

sound platform for IBM-compatible PCs and the de facto industry standard sound

platform.

The Sound Blaster technology is available in the form of a card and a chipset,

which can be installed onto the motherboard of a PC.

Creative was listed on Nasdaq in August 1992.

name.

The principal activities of the Group consists of the design, manufacture and

About Creative annual reports

Where can I download Creative (C76) annual reports?

Every year in the table above links straight to the PDF filed with the Singapore Exchange (SGX). 11 annual reports are indexed, covering 2015 to 2025.

Do Singapore listed companies publish quarterly reports?

Mostly not. SGX removed mandatory quarterly reporting in 2020 in favour of a risk-based regime — only issuers meeting certain criteria still have to file quarterly. Most companies therefore publish just a half-year report and an annual report. The small number of quarterly filings indexed here reflects the rules, not missing data.

What is a sustainability report?

Since 2016 SGX has required listed issuers to publish a sustainability report covering environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. It is a separate document from the annual report; both are indexed here.

What is the difference between the Mainboard and Catalist?

Catalist has lower entry requirements and targets smaller, growing companies, supervised through a sponsor regime; the Mainboard sets higher profit and market-capitalisation thresholds. Reporting obligations are broadly similar.
