What Jiutian Chemical does

The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 30 November 2004.

The Company, through its subsidiary, Anyang Jiutian Fine Chemical Co Ltd, is

principally engaged in the manufacture and production of methanol,

dimethylformamide ("DMF") and methylamine. The Group is also engaged in the

processing and sale of consumable carbon dioxide and oxygen. The Group's

business is divided into three main business divisions, namely, the methanol

division producing methanol; the DMF division, producing DMF as its main

product and methylamine as its secondary product; and the gas division,

producing consumable carbon dioxide and oxygen.

The Group sells its products to customers in China, which include customers in

Henan, the surrounding provinces adjacent to Henan, namely Hebei, Shaanxi,

Shanxi, Hubei, Shandong, Jiangsu and Anhui, and provinces in the Yangtze Delta

Region, namely, Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Some of its customers are manufacturers

of downstream products that use methanol, methylamine and DMF, while others,

especially those located further away in the Yangtze Delta Region, are trading

firms that distribute these chemicals to customers that use these chemicals in

their manufacturing processes.

About Jiutian Chemical annual reports

Where can I download Jiutian Chemical (C8R) annual reports?

Every year in the table above links straight to the PDF filed with the Singapore Exchange (SGX). 12 annual reports are indexed, covering 2014 to 2025.

Do Singapore listed companies publish quarterly reports?

Mostly not. SGX removed mandatory quarterly reporting in 2020 in favour of a risk-based regime — only issuers meeting certain criteria still have to file quarterly. Most companies therefore publish just a half-year report and an annual report. The small number of quarterly filings indexed here reflects the rules, not missing data.

What is a sustainability report?

Since 2016 SGX has required listed issuers to publish a sustainability report covering environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. It is a separate document from the annual report; both are indexed here.

What is the difference between the Mainboard and Catalist?

Catalist has lower entry requirements and targets smaller, growing companies, supervised through a sponsor regime; the Mainboard sets higher profit and market-capitalisation thresholds. Reporting obligations are broadly similar.
