What TSH does
TSH Corporation Limited is principally engaged in the importation and distribution of premium spirits and wines, focusing on whisky, operation of a chain of whisky and cocktail establishments, and the organisation of alcohol beverage-related lifestyle events and collaborations, showcasing esteemed whisky distillers and bartenders. The distribution arm is operating under “The Whisky Store” which imports whiskies with over 20 brands from boutique distilleries in Scotland and Ireland, independent bottlers and wholesalers in the United Kingdom, as well other spirits and liquors. Its customers include bars, country clubs, hotels, restaurants, corporates, and individuals. It also engages in the acquisition of entire whisky casks for bottling under its own brand names and obtaining exclusive ‘single cask’ whiskies that are unique for customers. The Group operates establishments under brands such as “Quaich Bar Collector”, “Quaich Bar Avant-garde”, “Quaich Bar Wanderlust”, “Signature Reserve”, “The Other Room”, and “Capitol Cigar & Whisky Lounge”, and it is also the organiser of Singapore’s whisky-dedicated exhibition, Whisky Journey, conceptualised in 2019.

About TSH annual reports
Where can I download TSH (KUH) annual reports?
Every year in the table above links straight to the PDF filed with the Singapore Exchange (SGX). 8 annual reports are indexed, covering 2018 to 2025.
Do Singapore listed companies publish quarterly reports?
Mostly not. SGX removed mandatory quarterly reporting in 2020 in favour of a risk-based regime — only issuers meeting certain criteria still have to file quarterly. Most companies therefore publish just a half-year report and an annual report. The small number of quarterly filings indexed here reflects the rules, not missing data.
What is a sustainability report?
Since 2016 SGX has required listed issuers to publish a sustainability report covering environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. It is a separate document from the annual report; both are indexed here.
What is the difference between the Mainboard and Catalist?
Catalist has lower entry requirements and targets smaller, growing companies, supervised through a sponsor regime; the Mainboard sets higher profit and market-capitalisation thresholds. Reporting obligations are broadly similar.
