What MFG Integration does
Manufacturing Integration Technology Ltd. ("MITL") was founded in 1992 by our Chairman, Mr Tony Kwong, to provide industrial automation services to the electronics industry in Singapore. In a span of more than 30 years, we have evolved to become a capital goods supplier serving the semiconductor, solar, manufacturing systems, customised automation and contract equipment manufacturing ("CEM") industries. Our markets cover our home ground in Singapore, as well as Asia, Australia, Europe and USA. MITL became a public listed company in 1999 with its shares traded on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Ltd ("SGX").
We are focusing our core businesses on manufacturing systems solutions, customized automation and contract equipment manufacturing (build-to-print). We provide design services and have manufacturing capabilities in Singapore and Penang (Malaysia). We have global sourcing and shipping capabilities to augment our proven project management expertise and well supported ERP cum ISO-certified systems.
We operate from four facilities; two in Ang Mo Kio (Singapore), Bayan Lepas (Penang, Malaysia) and the other in Jiading District (Shanghai, China). Our corporate headquarter is in Singapore.

About MFG Integration annual reports
Where can I download MFG Integration (M11) annual reports?
Every year in the table above links straight to the PDF filed with the Singapore Exchange (SGX). 12 annual reports are indexed, covering 2014 to 2025.
Do Singapore listed companies publish quarterly reports?
Mostly not. SGX removed mandatory quarterly reporting in 2020 in favour of a risk-based regime — only issuers meeting certain criteria still have to file quarterly. Most companies therefore publish just a half-year report and an annual report. The small number of quarterly filings indexed here reflects the rules, not missing data.
What is a sustainability report?
Since 2016 SGX has required listed issuers to publish a sustainability report covering environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. It is a separate document from the annual report; both are indexed here.
What is the difference between the Mainboard and Catalist?
Catalist has lower entry requirements and targets smaller, growing companies, supervised through a sponsor regime; the Mainboard sets higher profit and market-capitalisation thresholds. Reporting obligations are broadly similar.
