What Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr does
Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust ("MPACT") is a real estate investment trust ("REIT") positioned to be the proxy to key gateway markets of Asia. Listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Limited ("SGX-ST"), it made its public market debut as Mapletree Commercial Trust on 27 April 2011 and was renamed MPACT on 3 August 2022 following the merger with Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust.
Its principal investment objective is to invest on a long-term basis, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate used primarily for office and/or retail purposes, as well as real estate-related assets, in the key gateway markets of Asia (including but not limited to Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea).
The Manager's key financial objectives are to provide Unitholders with an attractive rate of return on their investment through regular and stable distributions to Unitholders and to achieve long-term growth in DPU and NAV per Unit, while maintaining an appropriate capital structure for MPACT.

About Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr annual reports
Where can I download Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr (N2IU) annual reports?
Every year in the table above links straight to the PDF filed with the Singapore Exchange (SGX). 12 annual reports are indexed, covering 2015 to 2026.
Do Singapore listed companies publish quarterly reports?
Mostly not. SGX removed mandatory quarterly reporting in 2020 in favour of a risk-based regime — only issuers meeting certain criteria still have to file quarterly. Most companies therefore publish just a half-year report and an annual report. The small number of quarterly filings indexed here reflects the rules, not missing data.
What is a sustainability report?
Since 2016 SGX has required listed issuers to publish a sustainability report covering environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. It is a separate document from the annual report; both are indexed here.
What is the difference between the Mainboard and Catalist?
Catalist has lower entry requirements and targets smaller, growing companies, supervised through a sponsor regime; the Mainboard sets higher profit and market-capitalisation thresholds. Reporting obligations are broadly similar.
