What Triyards does

The Group is an engineering and fabrication solutions provider focused on the

offshore oil and gas industry. The Group offers a broad spectrum of

engineering and fabrication services from its yards in

Vietnam and Houston. The Group services are marketed under the “TRIYARDS” brand.

The services the Group provides include:

• vessel design and building services including engineering, construction

and/or conversion;

• fabrication and assembly of jack-ups, offshore platforms, jacket and steel

structures, and topsides;

• vessel and rig repair and overhaul services and installation; and

• design and/or fabrication of offshore equipment including specialised heavy

lift cranes, winches, A-frames, catenary anchor leg mooring buoys and deck

machinery.

The Group owns two yards in Vietnam, SSY in Ho Chi Minh City and SOFEL in Vung

Tau, each measuring approximately ten hectares. Equipped with heavy-lift gantry

cranes and deepwater

berths, both yards have the capability to undertake large-scale projects to

fabricate different components of fixed platforms, as well as vessel conversion

and construction.

The Group also owns a fabrication facility in Houston, USA which has in-house

engineering capabilities, fabricating specialised offshore equipment including

cranes, A-frames and winches.

About Triyards annual reports

Where can I download Triyards (RC5) annual reports?

Every year in the table above links straight to the PDF filed with the Singapore Exchange (SGX). 2 annual reports are indexed, covering 2015 to 2016.

Do Singapore listed companies publish quarterly reports?

Mostly not. SGX removed mandatory quarterly reporting in 2020 in favour of a risk-based regime — only issuers meeting certain criteria still have to file quarterly. Most companies therefore publish just a half-year report and an annual report. The small number of quarterly filings indexed here reflects the rules, not missing data.

What is a sustainability report?

Since 2016 SGX has required listed issuers to publish a sustainability report covering environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. It is a separate document from the annual report; both are indexed here.

What is the difference between the Mainboard and Catalist?

Catalist has lower entry requirements and targets smaller, growing companies, supervised through a sponsor regime; the Mainboard sets higher profit and market-capitalisation thresholds. Reporting obligations are broadly similar.
