What Soon Hock does

Soon Hock Enterprise Holding Limited ("Soon Hock Enterprise" or the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is an established real estate developer, undertaking both industrial property development and industrial property investment in Singapore. The Group's project management team has led development projects with a Gross Development Value ("GDV") of over S$1.0 billion. Besides property development, the Group also undertakes property investment for recurring income. Soon Hock Enterprise has a strong track record of successful execution and monetisation of development projects, deploying a user-centric development strategy, forward-thinking design philosophy and a multi-factor site selection framework that aims to preserve the long-term capital value of its development properties while positioning them for stronger tenant retention, reduced vacancy risk and greater potential for capital appreciation.

About Soon Hock annual reports

Where can I download Soon Hock (SHE) annual reports?

Every year in the table above links straight to the PDF filed with the Singapore Exchange (SGX). 1 annual reports are indexed.

Do Singapore listed companies publish quarterly reports?

Mostly not. SGX removed mandatory quarterly reporting in 2020 in favour of a risk-based regime — only issuers meeting certain criteria still have to file quarterly. Most companies therefore publish just a half-year report and an annual report. The small number of quarterly filings indexed here reflects the rules, not missing data.

What is a sustainability report?

Since 2016 SGX has required listed issuers to publish a sustainability report covering environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. It is a separate document from the annual report; both are indexed here.

What is the difference between the Mainboard and Catalist?

Catalist has lower entry requirements and targets smaller, growing companies, supervised through a sponsor regime; the Mainboard sets higher profit and market-capitalisation thresholds. Reporting obligations are broadly similar.
