About Frasers Property annual reports
Where can I download Frasers Property (TQ5) annual reports?
Every year in the table above links straight to the PDF filed with the Singapore Exchange (SGX). 11 annual reports are indexed, covering 2015 to 2025.
Do Singapore listed companies publish quarterly reports?
Mostly not. SGX removed mandatory quarterly reporting in 2020 in favour of a risk-based regime — only issuers meeting certain criteria still have to file quarterly. Most companies therefore publish just a half-year report and an annual report. The small number of quarterly filings indexed here reflects the rules, not missing data.
What is a sustainability report?
Since 2016 SGX has required listed issuers to publish a sustainability report covering environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. It is a separate document from the annual report; both are indexed here.
What is the difference between the Mainboard and Catalist?
Catalist has lower entry requirements and targets smaller, growing companies, supervised through a sponsor regime; the Mainboard sets higher profit and market-capitalisation thresholds. Reporting obligations are broadly similar.
