What ULTRAGREEN AI USD does
We are a global leader in the Fluorescence Guided Surgery (FGS) space, pioneering vertical AI tools for precision surgery using data-driven fluorescence imaging solutions. We offer a fluorescence imaging ecosystem that empowers surgeons with enhanced precision and real-time perfusion data, ultimately improving patient outcomes. Our flagship ICG product (marketed as IC-GREEN in the U.S., Indocyanine Green for Injection, USP in the U.S. and Canada and Verdye outside the Americas) is the most widely-used fluorescence agent in FGS according to Frost & Sullivan. We believe that our leading position in the ICG market will be further reinforced by our UltraGreen Data Platform (which will include our pioneering vertical AI-based PerfusionWorks quantification software) which is designed to offer real-time, quantitative perfusion assessment and enhance decision-making in FGS.

About ULTRAGREEN AI USD annual reports
Where can I download ULTRAGREEN AI USD (ULG) annual reports?
Every year in the table above links straight to the PDF filed with the Singapore Exchange (SGX). 1 annual reports are indexed.
Do Singapore listed companies publish quarterly reports?
Mostly not. SGX removed mandatory quarterly reporting in 2020 in favour of a risk-based regime — only issuers meeting certain criteria still have to file quarterly. Most companies therefore publish just a half-year report and an annual report. The small number of quarterly filings indexed here reflects the rules, not missing data.
What is a sustainability report?
Since 2016 SGX has required listed issuers to publish a sustainability report covering environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. It is a separate document from the annual report; both are indexed here.
What is the difference between the Mainboard and Catalist?
Catalist has lower entry requirements and targets smaller, growing companies, supervised through a sponsor regime; the Mainboard sets higher profit and market-capitalisation thresholds. Reporting obligations are broadly similar.
