What Coliwoo Hldgs does

Coliwoo is a modern housing concept where individuals or groups share communal living spaces, such as kitchens, lounges and gyms, while having their own fully furnished, self-sufficient private units, designed to foster community spirit and social networking. We focus on acquiring or leasing old, unused and underutilised properties and transforming them into modern and trendy co-living spaces which we either manage and operate ourselves under the Coliwoo brand or lease to other third party operators. We also provide professional property enhancement and/or property management services for landlords. From time to time, we may also make strategic investments into property holding or property leasing?entities.

About Coliwoo Hldgs annual reports

Where can I download Coliwoo Hldgs (W8W) annual reports?

Every year in the table above links straight to the PDF filed with the Singapore Exchange (SGX). 1 annual reports are indexed.

Do Singapore listed companies publish quarterly reports?

Mostly not. SGX removed mandatory quarterly reporting in 2020 in favour of a risk-based regime — only issuers meeting certain criteria still have to file quarterly. Most companies therefore publish just a half-year report and an annual report. The small number of quarterly filings indexed here reflects the rules, not missing data.

What is a sustainability report?

Since 2016 SGX has required listed issuers to publish a sustainability report covering environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. It is a separate document from the annual report; both are indexed here.

What is the difference between the Mainboard and Catalist?

Catalist has lower entry requirements and targets smaller, growing companies, supervised through a sponsor regime; the Mainboard sets higher profit and market-capitalisation thresholds. Reporting obligations are broadly similar.
