What Yanlord Land does
Yanlord Land Group Limited (together with its subsidiaries,"Yanlord" or "Group") is a real estate developer focusing on developing high-end fully-fitted residential, commercial and integrated property projects in strategically selected key and high-growth cities in the People's Republic of China ("PRC") and Singapore. Since Yanlord’s foray into the PRC property market in 1993, it has successfully developed a number of large-scale residential property developments with international communities of residents. Building on its established track record for developing high-end residential property developments in prime locations within affluent cities of the PRC, the "Yanlord" name has been developed into a premium brand synonymous with quality within the property development industry of the PRC. Yanlord has an established presence in key high-growth cities within the major economic regions of the PRC, including Yangtze River Delta, Bohai Rim, Greater Bay Area, etc. Since 2003, Yanlord has been developing high-quality commercial and integrated properties for long-term investment purpose, such as shopping malls, offices, serviced apartments and hotels. Yanlord made its maiden entry into the Singapore residential property market in 2018. In February 2020, Yanlord successfully completed the acquisition of then another Singapore Exchange listed company - United Engineers Limited, taking it private and integrating into the Group, thereby expanding the Group's investment into holding a high-quality property portfolio and hotels in Singapore.

About Yanlord Land annual reports
Where can I download Yanlord Land (Z25) annual reports?
Every year in the table above links straight to the PDF filed with the Singapore Exchange (SGX). 12 annual reports are indexed, covering 2014 to 2025.
Do Singapore listed companies publish quarterly reports?
Mostly not. SGX removed mandatory quarterly reporting in 2020 in favour of a risk-based regime — only issuers meeting certain criteria still have to file quarterly. Most companies therefore publish just a half-year report and an annual report. The small number of quarterly filings indexed here reflects the rules, not missing data.
What is a sustainability report?
Since 2016 SGX has required listed issuers to publish a sustainability report covering environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. It is a separate document from the annual report; both are indexed here.
What is the difference between the Mainboard and Catalist?
Catalist has lower entry requirements and targets smaller, growing companies, supervised through a sponsor regime; the Mainboard sets higher profit and market-capitalisation thresholds. Reporting obligations are broadly similar.
