Memiontec Holdings Ltd. (the "Company") and its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Group") is a water treatment company with more than 20 years of experience in the field of water and wastewater management services. As part of its growth strategy, the Group diversified its business in 2016 to include a TOOT (Transfer-own-operate-transfer) project and BOOT (Build-own-operate-transfer) project with PT J Jakarta Utilitas Propertindo through a joint operation arrangement and a joint venture respectively.
The Group's business segments in Singapore, Indonesia and the PRC can be categorized as follows:
(i)Total solutions with engineering, procurement and construction ("TSEPC") services
(ii)Operation, maintenance and service of water and wastewater treatment plants
(iii)Sales and distribution of systems and equipment
(iv)Sales of water
The Group provides TSEPC services in the fields of water treatment, wastewater treatment, water recycling treatment and sea water treatment and desalination solutions. The Group designs and engineers customized processes and solutions, procures the necessary materials and equipment, constructs and installs the water and wastewater treatment systems, carries out testing and commissioning of the plant and in certain cases, hands over turnkey plants built in accordance with the specific requirements of its municipal and industrial customers.
The Group provides ongoing service, technical support and consultation for the maintenance of its customers' water treatment equipment, facilities and infrastructure.
The Group supplies modular and customised water treatment systems, water treatment equipment, chemicals and components to its customers.
The Group sells treated water through pipes to residential and commercial buildings or through truck sales.
