新加坡上市公司要不要出季報？
2020 年起 SGX 取消了強制季報，改為以風險為基礎——只有特定情況的公司才須刊發季度財務報告。 所以多數新加坡公司一年只有半年度報告與年報兩份定期報告， 本站收錄的季報數量因此偏少，那是制度使然不是資料缺漏。
什麼是永續報告書？
SGX 自 2016 年起要求上市公司刊發永續報告（Sustainability Report），揭露環境、社會與治理（ESG）事項。 它與年報是分開的兩份文件，本站兩種都收。
主板和凱利板有什麼不同？
凱利板（Catalist）門檻較低、面向成長期的中小型企業，由保薦人（sponsor）制度監督； 主板（Mainboard）則有較高的獲利與市值要求。兩者的年報揭露義務相近。
