Unlike exchange disclosures it carries no English requirement, and in practice essentially none are filed in English. We link to the Japanese originals rather than pretending an English version exists.
Do Japanese companies still file quarterly reports?
Not as a statutory filing — the quarterly report was abolished in the 2024 amendment to the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. Quarterly performance is now covered by the kessan tanshin under exchange rules, with the semi-annual report and the annual securities report remaining as statutory filings.
