Do the three markets classify companies the same way?

The schemes differ in both granularity and purpose — Taiwan puts all financials in one class while Hong Kong splits banks, insurance and other financials; SSIC is a statistical classification of economic activity, so "Manufacturing" spans semiconductors through food processing. This site maps them onto one shared sector purely so you can browse across markets.
